Credit purchased is non refundable and can only be used to purchase leads from this website. All credit expires after 12 months.

Reasonable Use

Members are expected to study the "How To" Information section as well as become familiar with the source websites of each lead type which are disclosed on each lead prior and after purchase.

Not all leads will be converted into applications, nor will all leads be interested in your services. It is a numbers game and leads must be contacted in significant numbers to achieve significant returns.

Leads are generated on a random basis that falls over time in approximate line with the population spread in Australia. As such we make no guarantee that leads will be available or become available in any specific postcode area. A member may be required to view a large number of postcodes in their watch list to access any significant volume of leads.

Refunds

Refunds can be obtained via the lead refund tool available in the members section and can only be requested on the basis that the lead is not contactable via the information provided. It is expected that members will attempt all methods of communication with the enquirer before requesting a refund. To obtain a refund the terms of refund outlined in the refund tool process must also be adhered to and are subject to change at any time.

Any breach of these terms of use is grounds for immediate termination of subscription and further legal action against the offender. No refund shall be provided in the event of temination.
